OneOutBox reserves the right to change these policies, though a good faith attempt will be made to notify all customers of impending changes.

Billing will occur monthly, quarterly, or as determined by OneOutBox. Customers will generally have at least 15 days in which to remit payment. Customers from whom payment is not received within 30 days, and/or whose credit card is unable to be processed will be given warning, and if payment arrangements are not made, may be subject to termination after 30 days. OneOutBox reserves the right to discontinue an account if it feels there is a reasonable likelihood that a customer will default.

OneOutBox makes reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of its services. However, it is acknowledged that the nature of the Internet may lead to problems, including network outages, power failures, system overload, and maintenance issues. OneOutBox will in no way be held liable in any manner for loss(es) suffered as a result of any such difficulty.

OneOutBox may suspend or cancel a given service or set of service offerings without prior notice, and may re-brand, rename, modify, or out-source a given service or service plan at its sole discretion, while at no time accepting any responsibility and at no time assuming any liability for actual or other damages and/or incurred costs of any kind.

Any unsolicited fax transmissions are strictly prohibited on any OneOutBox facility, and any unsolicited faxing which in any way involves OneOutBox facilities will result in the immediate termination of all services to the organization responsible for such activities. Any use of OneOutBox facilities for such purposes is an accession of responsibility for all losses and damages incurred by OneOutBox and indicative of your agreement to compensate OneOutBox in full for any and all such losses.

All customers are explicitly agreeing to the following statement of waiver: "I hereby waive all claims which I may assert against OneOutBox for service disruptions, outages, and difficulties, and understand and agree that I will not hold OneOutBox responsible for any losses, financial or otherwise, which I may experience as a result of any service difficulties."

Privacy Policy: We do not share private information with third parties except as required for the normal transmission of your data. There are also strict rules as to the kind of auditing information which a remote printer server may keep. Basically, this information is necessary for debugging purposes, e.g., if you send a message and don't get a completion or failure acknowledgement later on, the site providing access may need to check into it. Also, there are strict rules guaranteeing that the contents of a fax are secure and will not be monitored by the remote printer server operators.

Acceptable Use Policy: The Free Fax Service is provided by the volunteer network of TPC.INT. According to their policies:

It is perfectly acceptable to deny access on the basis of originator identity, but it is not acceptable to deny access on the basis of recipient identity.
The reason for this is simple: if a site finds that some originator is acting in an abusive manner, then the site can deny access. But, when a site registers a cell, it agrees to provide access to every telephone number in that cell. Of course, it can always register a smaller cell.
